My story
Why a well-organized home has always felt like calm to me.
I was born and raised in a hectic household with three older brothers, and somewhere in the middle of all that noise I found an appreciation for the simplicity and serenity that a well-organized living space can bring. From a young age I would spend afternoons reorganizing the family home, just for fun. That desire for order and systems only grew stronger over time.
Now, with two children of my own and a busy schedule, organization is what keeps our life stress-free and satisfying. It isn't about a perfect house. It's about knowing where things go so the tidy version of home is the easy one.
My passion for organizing turned into a career. From 2019 to 2023 I was a lead organizer for a local organizing company, where I worked on a wide range of projects, from closets and kitchens to unpacking entire homes. When the owner of that company moved away, I established Satisfying Spaces to keep helping families create satisfying spaces in their homes.
The goal isn't a home that looks staged. It's a home that's easy to keep, even on the busy weeks.
