Packing & unpacking
Moving is the one time everything you own is out of its place at once. We treat it as the best chance you'll ever get to set the new house up right from day one.
Packing
We bring all the materials: boxes, paper, bubble wrap, tape and labels. Every box is packed by room and labeled with its contents, so nothing is a mystery on the other end. Fragile items get wrapped individually. We work efficiently and systematically, and we can pack one room or the whole house.
Unpacking
This is the part most people never get to. We unpack straight into cabinets, closets and drawers using the same organizing approach as our in-home sessions, so the kitchen is functional the first night and the closets are already sorted. Boxes and packing materials leave with us.

Pricing
$50 an hour for one organizer · $25 an hour for each additional organizer
Packing materials are included. For a whole-home move we'll usually bring two or three organizers so it's done in a day or two. You'll get a time estimate at the free consultation.

Common questions
Do you move the boxes too?
We pack and unpack. Your movers handle transport. We're happy to coordinate timing with them so unpacking starts as soon as the truck is empty.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to four weeks ahead is ideal for a whole-home move, but reach out even if it's sooner. We can often fit in a partial pack.
Can you help me declutter before the move?
Yes, and we recommend it. Every box you don't pack is money and time saved. Pre-move edits are billed at the same hourly rate.
